ALTS market cap is currently trading above the horizontal support level. The MACD crossover is indicating a decrease in bearish momentum. Additionally, the RSI is situated in the oversold region.

For the bulls to regain momentum, they must demonstrate strength in defending the critical horizontal support. However, in the event of a sustained breakdown of this support level, further correction in ALTS is anticipated.

Next move: Price just rejected from Monthly Supply and tested Monthly FVG. Price bounced before even hitting the FVG EQ (can be interpreted as bullish, but these FVG's typically fully fill lately). Price left behind relative equal highs (marked liquidity) and Monthly Supply remains intact. Bias leans bullish since testing and bouncing from the FVG. I think we sweep the equal highs then fully fill the FVG. Will be looking for shorts within Monthly Supply using my typical techniques.

Future move: Upon fully filling the Monthly FVG, the market tests the prior breakout from consolidation area multiple times. Bulls eventually win, per usual lately and the Monthly Supply has been tapped too many times. We break out to new ATH's, but it's a trap above 5000's, the recession comes and we see 3000's one last time before the next leg up begins (maybe we spend a good amount of time in the 4000's at that point, but this chart only knows up and to the right so I expect that to continue over the years).
