What I think is next for $BTC price action:

In my opinion we will likely head lower in the coming months, targeting the lower rectangle. After that I suppose we are ending 2023 on a bullish ETF acceptance narrative.
As always, on news as big as the ETF approval, the market will tend to price in the news earlier (we'd start to trend into the approval).
Right now I'm trying not to overtrade, I really don't want to get chopped up in this market.

Been a busy week for me w/ some IRL stuff popping up haven't been able to scalp much. With that said, I'll be looking for something along these lines next.

Push into the weekly supply (gray box) and watch for deviation/loss of the low at 4564.25 to hunt for entry trigger.

Every major price move over the past two months was triggered by a headline. After the initial move, participants disappear, price stalls, and eventually full retraces. We'll see if this time is any different.

I personally still don't like the extremely variable low across exchanges with price ranging from 26.2K to 23K. Luck of draw as to whether you enjoy a ride up or not based on what exchange you trade on is garbage, no other way to put it. There should be a sweep everywhere or no where. That leads me to think there's still some unfinished business down there, but the reality is market is simply waiting on ETF decision. If it approves, we just going up. Still don't have much edge in current atmosphere, just not for me. Time will tell.

2023-08-30 13:14:50 I don't think BTC will fully retrace yet, there are some ETF decisions this friday for a lot of trusts, including Blackrock.

BTC in my opinion will probably range until then, if the decision for ETF's will be delayed we will probably have a dump (people that are keeping their longs open from the Grayscale lawsuit decision will close them if ETF's are delayed).

Do not over trade, we are at the latest stage of the bear market, time capitulation. Most traders will get bored and they will chase positions and will get chopped up.

Bulls will want to see 26.8K hold (preferably front run if we're headed higher). Repeated tests of the level or below = back to 26K and chop till ETF decision continuing the cycle of news based price movement -> consolidate -> news based price movement -> consolidate, etc.

2023-08-29 12:44:59 My BTC short from 26.8K is still open (the plan was provided way in advance on my feed), but I am moving the stop loss to breakeven. With this said, my stance is unchanged.

I am still bearish, but I do not trust this market whatsoever at the moment.
