How to Conduct with ScammersStonfiers, beware of scammers. Their appearance is inevitable as the project's audience grows. Scammers may pose as representatives of the STON.fi team, solicit personal information, or ask to click on suspicious links.
Here are a few simple safety rules: For any questions, write to the official chat @stonfidex. You will definitely be helped there.
STONfi representatives never initiate private messages. Do not respond to dubious individuals even with familiar nicknames!
STONfi representatives will never ask you to delete messages from the chat, fill out a form, or share personal information. Never tell anyone your wallet seed phrase, even if asked by Pavel Durov himself. Only your TON wallet address may be required to verify your transactions. This information is public and cannot be used for fraudulent purposes.
What to do if I receive a suspicious message?Do not respond to it. Immediately report it to our official chat with the hashtag #scam. We will blacklist the suspicious user.
