Remembering Brancusi
"Remembering Brancusi" is dedicated to
Constantin Brancusi, a sculptor capable of
straying down the figure and laying bare the soul. Mancini seeks the incarnations of that essence by "grafting" Brancusi's works into other spaces.
Pietro Mancini is a traditional Italian artist. He works in the Mental Health Departments, where he coordinates creative workshops aimed at the users of the facilities. Through digital technologies and material elements, he presents his invasion of the "sign" in photography and light in matter,
creating sensory connections to lead us towards other dimensions common to the human being.
