EVM Integration
The EVM is a crucial component of smart-contract enabled blockchains, serving as a decentralized, runtime environment for said smart contracts. The EVM currently doesn’t extend to privacy-preserving networks.
Beldex, the privacy-enhanced blockchain, is the first to conceptualize a proof of concept for cryptonote based networks. The integration of EVM onto the Beldex network will contribute to the development of private smart contracts. These contracts protect sensitive information while executing the smart contract. The Phase I of Beldex EVM Integration will begin in Q4, 2023.
